  1. No.6 is particularly nasty (although there’s some stiff competition), and isn’t talked about enough. Since it was established, every party to every international treaty has had the right to arbitration of that treaty at the International Court in the Hague. Under the WA, we explicitly waive that right in favour, not even of some other impartial body, but of the other party’s own court. It’s completely unconscionable.

  2. Assuming a deal is made, then at the next General Election,the first item on the Brexit Party manifesto should be a complete and utter repudiation of such a deal. Then let the EU handle that if they can.
