More sub-Guardian garbage from the Telegraph women’s section:
We need consistency across the board. The same plastic, foil and clingfilm regulations must be applicable in every council area, to put an end to the current confusion. The issue of recycling isn’t going to go away – quite the reverse – and that means we need greater investment in facilities and more stringent enforcement of regulations.
The only reason the issue of recycling isn’t going away is because of chattering-class morons like Judith Woods making recycling the centre of their spiritual life. I’m no great fan of traditional religion, but even I’d rather have an awe-inspiring church and glorious organ music than to be worshipping amongst scraps of paper and cardboard and bits of fricking plastic and thinking this counts as spiritual nourishment.
